This package includes all of the following, but is completely customizable to your needs!

- Up to 200 people
- Initial consultation to understand your vision, style and priorities
- 10 hours on site day-of
6-8 meetings *size & scale dependent
- Monthly check-in *each month before wedding (email or call)
- Enhanced communication with planner week of the wedding to finalize all details
- Ceremony direction & cues at time of ceremony & ceremony planning
- 30 minute rehearsal on the day before wedding
- Assist with decor set up
- Bridal emergency kit
- Light cleaning if needed
- Assist with vendor recommendations & Point person for vendors and ensure on time set up
- Manage any hiccups and ensuring the day runs smoothly
- Assist in creating itinerary and day of timeline & will distribute to parties and vendors & will manage timeline
- Assist with creating and managing directions and cues for ceremony & rehearsal
- Organize send off and guide guests to participate floor plan and seating chart
- Ensure all guests are seated for the ceremony and guided to reception
- Venue walk through with couple
- Review vendor contracts and provide recommendations
- Submit final numbers to the vendors and point/liaise with them up to and during the wedding
- Assist with managing family/bridal party during photos
- Collect and distribute gratuities to vendors
- Answer any questions and facilitate reception
