This package includes all of the following!

- 10 hours of coordination on day-of wedding
- 150 guests
- Day-of 1 hour rehearsal or 1 hour rehearsal the day before the wedding *travel fee applies to day before rehearsal if outside of Knoxville
- Initial consultation to understand your vision, style and priorities
- 3-4 planning meetings *size & scale dependent
- Phone call/virtual meeting to finalize details 1-2 weeks out
- Monthly check-in email *beginning 6 months before the wedding
- Enhanced communication with coordinator week of the wedding
- Review and advise on the overall wedding timeline
- Support vendor sourcing and recommendations
- Assist in creating direction and cues for ceremony
- Review vendor contracts
- Prioritize tasks and provide guidance on wedding-day logistics
- Direct ceremony flow and manage event cues

- Manage and resolve on-site issues
- Provide Bridal emergency kit
- Perform light cleaning to ensure polished environment *does not include end-of-night clean-up
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure prompt and accurate setup
- Distribute event itineraries to vendors and manage timeline execution
- Manage send-off logistics and facilitate guest involvement
- Oversee guest flow from ceremony seating to reception arrival
- Venue walk through with couple
- Assist in managing family and bridal party during group photos
- Collect and distribute gratuities to vendors
