The Essentials

This package includes all of the following!

- 8 hours of coordination on site day-of
- Up to 150 guests
- 1 hour rehearsal the day of the wedding or 1 hour day before the wedding rehearsal *travel fee applies to day before rehearsal if outside of Knoxville
- Initial consultation to understand your vision, style and priorities
- 3-4 planning meetings with coordinator depending on size and scale of wedding, beginning six months from wedding date
- Phone call/virtual meeting to finalize details 1-2 weeks out from wedding date
- Enhanced communication with coordinator week of the wedding
- Direct ceremony flow and manage event cues
- Manage event decor execution
- Manage and resolve on-site issues
- Provide Bridal emergency kit
- Perform light cleaning to ensure polished environment *does not include end-of-night clean-up
- Coordinate with vendors to ensure prompt and accurate set up
- Assist in creating the event itineraries
- Distribute event itineraries to vendors and manage timeline execution
- Manage send-off logistics and facilitate guest involvement
- Oversee guest flow from ceremony seating to reception arrival
- Venue walk through with couple
- Assist in managing family and bridal party during group photos
- Collect and distribute vendor gratuities
