- Enhanced communication with coordinator starting week of the wedding
- Ceremony direction & cues at time of ceremony
1 hour rehearsal on the day before wedding
- Assist with decor set up
- Bridal emergency kit
- Light cleaning if needed
- Point person for vendors and ensure on time set up
- Manage any hiccups and ensuring the day runs smoothly
- Distribute itinerary to vendors & manage timeline
- Manage directions and cues for ceremony & rehearsal
- Organize send off and guide guests to participate
- Ensure all guests are seated for the ceremony and guided to reception
- Venue walk through with couple
- Assist with managing family/bridal party during photos
- Answer any questions and facilitate reception
