Do you charge travel fees? Travel within a set local radius is included. Events beyond that may incur a travel fee to cover mileage, time, lodging (if required), and related expenses. This will always be discussed and approved in advance — no surprise charges. Travel fees are determined using the current federal mileage reimbursement rate and may be modestly adjusted for invoicing simplicity. (Current rate $.7205) *Travel fees are calculated using the federal mileage rate in effect at the time of booking.
Do you offer payment plans? Yes, we offer payment plans for every package. Most couples split their package into a payment plan (up to 4 payments) leading up to their wedding date.
How do I secure my date? Your date is officially reserved once the contract is signed and the deposit is paid.
Can I make changes to my package later? Yes, subject to availability. Add-ons and service upgrades can be incorporated through a contract amendment, however a package cannot be downgraded.
Do you handle set up and breakdown? We handle décor placement and set-up of decorations. We do not handle breakdown or cleanup of the decorations since this usually falls out of our service hours. Additionally, we do not handle the set-up or break down of tables, chairs, or other heavy equipment. However, these services may be added for an additional service fee depending on the size and scale of the wedding.
What if I am in between packages? (Ex. the Minimalist is too little but the Essentials is more than I need) If you fall in between two packages we are able to curate a custom package for you that will fit your individual needs. Do your quotes expire? Yes, our quotes expire after thirty-days, however, your date is not reserved until you pay your deposit. Meaning, your date may not be available even if your quote is still valid if another Bride books that date first. We encourage our Brides not to hesitate to secure their date!
