- 1 hour rehearsal on the day before wedding
- Assist with decor set up & ensure decor vision is reached

- Assistance finding and booking vendors that fit your budget and vision & Point person for vendors and ensure on time set up
- Manage any hiccups and ensuring the day runs smoothly
- Assist in creating itinerary and day of timeline & will distribute to parties and vendors & will manage timeline
- Create detailed directions and cues for the ceremony and rehearsal & manage the rehearsal and ceremony
- Organize send off and guide guests to participate
- Ensure all guests are seated for the ceremony and guided to reception
- Venue walk through with couple
- Liaison with vendors during booking process including reviewing vendor contracts and providing recommendations
- Submit final numbers to the vendors and point/liaise with them up to and during the wedding
- Assist with managing family/bridal party during photos
- Collect and distribute gratuities to vendors
- Answer any questions and facilitate reception
- Creating wedding scheme/colors/decoration design and can source decorations
- Print, design, and mail all save the dates and invitations
- Help create and manage guest list
- Manage budget and todo list
- Assist with alcohol budget and planning **if applicable
- Vendor research
- Create a photography list
