This package includes all of the following!
- 2 hours on-site to oversee setup the day of the wedding
- 200 guests
- Initial consultation to understand your vision, style and priorities
- 6-8 meetings *size & scale dependent
- Monthly check-in email *each month before wedding
- Advise and create the overall wedding timeline
- Support vendor sourcing and recommendations
- Advise and create detailed direction and cues for ceremony and rehearsal
- Provide coordinator with details *if a separate day-of-coordinator is hired
- Review vendor contracts
- Prioritize tasks and provide guidance on wedding-day logistics
- Liaise with vendors during booking process
- Create a photo list
- Assist in creating and managing guest list
- Manage budget and to-do list *we do not hold or distribute money
- Assist with alcohol budget and planning
- Vendor research to match needs with budget
- Provide Bridal emergency kit
- Collect and distribute vendor gratuities
