- 2-4 hours on site the day of wedding
- One/Two planning meetings with coordinator *timeline specific & *size & scale dependent
- Phone call to finalize details 2 weeks out
- Enhanced communication with coordinator week of wedding
- Ceremony direction & cues at time of ceremony
- Day-of 30 minute rehearsal
- Assist with decor set up
- Bridal emergency kit
- Light cleaning if needed
- Point person for vendors and ensure on time set up
- Manage any hiccups
- Venue walk through with couple
